Ramraj Yogi, founder of “Yogi’s holistic health’’ is a science graduate, young and dynamic visionary who dreams to make the world healthy and de-stressed, full with unconditional love, joy, peace and harmony. Born in a spiritually rich family in Varanasi (Banaras) he got good support from his Father and Guru’s for spiritual growth. During his master degree course in yogic science, he started his noble job from a very young age of 19 years. His teaching is based on physical fitness (specially weight and inch loss), therapy of chronic diseases, stress management and meditation.
He gained rich experience in Fitness industry in very short span of time, held many Seminars, group classes for foreigners, Corporates, business executives and professionals. Presently he is running two yoga centres in the heart of South Mumbai, a number of corporate and private classes with varied clientele. “Yogi’s holistic health” has dedicated, qualified and experienced yoga teachers who are making this dream come true with their hard work and supervision.

Yoga is learning to come back to yourself, finding your limits, expanding your boundaries, and being able to truly relax into who you are. As you learn about your centre in a yoga pose, you practice finding your centre in other areas of your life too. In fact, dealing with a posture can train you to deal better with life events.
Learning Yogic techniques (asana, pranayam, mudra, bandh and kriyas) will help eliminate stress and improve physical fitness and Holistic health, where a being would start experiencing the universal brotherhood, joy, peace and harmony in his life.
